The Italgas remuneration system, which is elaborated by the Remuneration Committee, takes account of the responsibilities attributed, the results obtained and the quality of the professional contribution made by the company management and reflects the principles of the value of people and equal opportunities set out in the Code of Ethics and always present in Italgas’s organizational culture.
