To the young people entering the Group, we offer a training plan that, in addition to facilitating and supporting their onboarding plan, supports their integration in the organization. The three-year programme deals with technical and specialized know-how and helps to develop personal skills and capabilities, also using innovative tools and methods. Each new recruit will have an opportunity to get to know the Group as a whole, to understand the organization and the market environments it works in.
