Initiatives for employees
The company has developed a welfare policy to create a system of services aimed at improving quality of life: from family to child care, from keeping good mental and physical health, to taking care of daily tasks that are demanding in terms of time and money, to organizing recreational activities, and artistic and cultural initiatives. At Italgas, individuals can also access benefits that impact their everyday private life, including special rates at sports centres or and for car rental.
Iniziative for families
Created for our employee’s children, with recreational activities, sports and educational workshops for children; English language courses and sports and adventure for teens.
It is a contribution in support of entries in nurseries. There are also scholarships for employees' children and other subsidies for school expenses.
All employees are covered by a professional and non-occupational accident insurance policy.
In line with our corporate values, the Italgas Group has joined the WHP program, promoted by Regione Lombardia with the aim of improving the quality of people’s life through implementing a series of good practice guides with scientific support from local health agencies (ASL) of Lombardy
We have negotiated special deals for our staff at some sports and wellness centres.
