Internal communication is an essential lever to promote the participation of individuals, to support the company’s business activity. Communication addressed to the people of Italgas is meant to be an "agent of change" that affects values, suggests new visions, contributes to change our corporate culture and encourages new behaviours.
We paid particular attention to the panel of communication tools we use, in particular our newsletter and the company’s intranet. In 2015, Italgas planned a massive investment in its people, alongside innovations in terms of organization, processes and procedures, implementing a systematic plan of Training and Change Management.
The plan kicked off with a workshop called "Protagonists of Our Future", in which all our executives were involved. A training session on change management followed, called "Measuring the distance", which was attended by over 200 managers at various levels, designed to move on to a new management model capable of providing greater accountability and empowerment of indi
