Health and Safety at work
Italgas recognizes vital values in the principles of prevention and protection. Through the Health and Safety Policy, it is specifically committed to accident prevention, health protection and the mitigation of the environmental impacts of its activities.
In terms of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ), the organisational structure provides for a distinction between the duties of general management, which are centralised within Italgas, and the duties of special management, coordination and support for operating units, which are assigned to the individual companies. They can operate with an adequate level of decision-making autonomy.
