Italgas for the Sales Companies – the dedicated training course has begun

On Wednesday 8th May 2019 at the Digital Factory of our headquarters in Milan, the first formative-informative meeting entirely dedicated to Sales Companies was held. In a session full of content, open to dialogue and active exchange, we discussed the potential of the main communication tool made available to all the sales companies by Italgas, the portal GasOnLine offering suggestions for its best use and questioning possible developments. At the beginning, the flow of requests for new users to access the portal was retraced, with attention to the available profiles, increasingly personalized, with a view to efficiency and flexibility. The session continued with an excursus on the novelties of GasOnLine, from the impacts of the Integrated Information System (IIS) to the new services available for Sales Companies. The focus to follow, dedicated to document verification and new regulations in the field, is an opportunity for important reflections . The meeting ended with the sharing of the first results of Italgas' Digital Factory and in particular of the program for the digitization of our business processes, started in 2018, with the aim, first of all, to improve the operational efficiency of the services offered to commercial companies and end consumers. With this first meeting we have started a training and confrontation path that will see us more and more involved in the management of the commercial relationship. Italgas' commitment continues! New sessions will follow to involve all the sales companies that operate on our networks every day.
