    Gas2Be is the platform dedicated to Sales Companies accredited on the Group’s networks. With Gas2Be, you can manage communications and business relationships  with us in a simple and intuitive way.

    Gas2Be: how does the portal work?

    If your Sales Company is already accredited on our Group's networks, you can access the Gas2Be portal. If not, here's how to proceed with accreditation.

    • Company not accredited to our networks

      Body: Credit your Sales Company to our Group networks: register on the Gas2Be portal.

    • Company not accredited to our networks

      Log in to Gas2Be.

    Utilities available with accredited Sales Companies

    After accrediting your Company to our group networks, you can choose between two types of users: Master and Operational (RIE). The Master user is necessary to be able to request the Operational one.

    • Master Utility

      It is the corporate user: register on the Gas2Be portal to obtain it. It allows you to update company data, request access to our group networks and obtain credentials for RIE users.

    • RIE Operating Utility

      It is the personal user. It allows you to manage the relationship with customers and to use the "Work on the Network" section of Gas2Be.

    Withdrawal Profiles

    For the purposes of billing activities for the distribution service to Distribution Users (DU, namely Sales Companies), to estimate withdrawals at redelivery points in the absence of actual measurements, distribution companies use standard withdrawal profiles defined by the Authority and found in the “Integrated Text of Provisions Regulating Physical and Economic Terms of the Natural Gas Balancing Service” (TISG), Annex A to Resolution no. 148/2019/R/gas and subsequent amendments.

    Distribution companies also have the possibility, following a justified request to be submitted for the opinion of the Authority, to define additional standard withdrawal profiles having characteristics similar to those of the standard withdrawal profiles approved by the Authority.

    As Italgas Reti, we have not defined any additional withdrawal profile beyond those approved by ARERA.

    Consumption Allocation Methods between Two Thermal Years

    The allocation of consumption between two calendar years t and t-1 is carried out by applying the conventional criterion of daily pro-rata consumption between the last actual meter reading prior to the end of calendar year t-1 and the first meter reading of calendar year t.
