IGrow is the Graduate Program of Italgas, a European leader in gas distribution and a key player in the energy transition. The program represents a unique opportunity to enter a key sector where you can contribute to the evolution of future energy infrastructures. With IGrow, you will join an innovative and sustainable Network Tech Company, with a central role in the digitalization of the network and the integration of renewable sources.
Program Objectives
IGrow has a total duration of 36 months starting from September 1, 2025, and includes three job rotations among the Group’s locations throughout the national territory.
How IGrow is Structured
By participating in the IGrow program, you will specialize in one of the following strategic areas of Italgas, gaining a complete vision of the business. Through job rotation and geographical mobility, you will receive practical and multidisciplinary training and will be involved in high-impact strategic projects. The three functions differ in their challenges and opportunities, but all are fundamental to supporting the evolution and success of the Group.

Finance and Controlling
This function represents the strategic engine of the company. Finance works in synergy with other company divisions to optimize asset management, supervise the financial health of the group, ensure operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. In this context, you will perform key activities such as financial planning, risk management and control, and data analysis and monitoring, with the aim of supporting continuous improvement of company performance.

Operation & Engineering
Operation & Engineering is responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of Italgas’ assets, ensuring the reliability and safety of infrastructures. The function has a direct impact on service quality and the ability to promptly respond to market needs and future challenges in the energy sector. Within this stream, you will have the opportunity to manage and optimize infrastructures and operational processes and oversee high-impact strategic technical projects.

AI & Innovation
With the continuous evolution of digital technologies, the AI & Innovation function focuses on developing innovative technological solutions to address the challenges of digitalization and the energy transition. In this stream, activities range from research and development to open innovation to the application of data analytics and AI techniques, with the goal of optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency. You will contribute to the digitalization of processes and assets, transforming data into concrete solutions that enhance resource management, sustainability, and infrastructure solidity.
