Italgas: Note related to the offer presented to Veolia.

Milan, May 31^st, 2023 – In relation to the potential acquisition, announced last March 14^th, of the stakes held by the Veolia Group in some companies active in water service in the regions of Lazio, Campania, and Sicily, Italgas confirms that it has submitted a binding offer in the context of the ongoing negotiations.
