Nepta

Established on Oct. 16, 2023, which coincides with the acquisition from the French group Veolia Environnement S.A. of the business unit to which the concessions held in Italy in the water sector were headed, Nepta began directly managing water distribution service in Caserta and five municipalities in the province: Galluccio, Baia e Latina, Roccaromana, Caserta and Casaluce. Nepta also owns 75% of Siciliacque, the overflow operator, and 49% of Acqualatina, the company that manages integrated water service in ATO 4 – Southern Lazio.
