Italgas acquires from Sienergas the natural gas distribution activities in Cannara (Perugia)

Milan, 1 August 2019 - Italgas signed today a binding agreement with Sienergas Distribuzione S.r.l. for the acquisition of the going concern related to the distribution of natural gas in the municipality of Cannara (Perugia). The infrastructure covered by the agreement covers 35 kilometers and serves about 1,500 users.
