The ordinary session of the Shareholders’ Meeting of Italgas was called, in a single call, for 26 April 2022, at 10.30 AM, in Turin, Largo Regio Parco 9, to discuss and resolve upon the agenda of which at the Notice of Shareholders’ Meeting.
In view of the ongoing health situation related to the COVID-19 epidemic, it was possible to follow the live streaming.
