The new course of Italgas, since its return to the Stock Market, has been characterised by the strategic decision to place technological innovation at the basis of its development plans.
In the beginning was the Digital Factory, a physical and virtual place where multifunctional teams design and implement cutting-edge technologies capable of contributing to the digitalisation of processes and the improvement of operational activities.
Today we are witnessing a further qualitative leap. Alongside the Digital Factory, Italgas has added the Academy: a tool to put into practice the initiatives inspired by the leadership model based on Excellence, Innovation, People.
The formation provided by the Academy offers to Italgas people new tools to accompany them in achieving the goals of the Strategic Plan.
The Italgas Academy is not only the provision of new skills, but also a place for sharing experiences, exchanging knowledge and growth.
The Academy is intended to be a place for sharing experiences, exchanging knowledge and developing. Underlying everything, as our leadership model reminds us, there must be on everyone's part the great drive of curiosity and the quest for continuous improvement.

The Italgas Academy is structured in different training paths with the aim of making our know-how more and more a strategic asset through the mutual sharing of experience and expertise.
WeInspire is the pathway dedicated to Mentoring and Reverse Mentoring created with the aim of fostering the development and growth of people in a logic of exchange between different experiences and professional maturities.
Having an international vocation, such as the one that led the Group to acquire the Greek DEPA Infrastructure, means being multilingual. This is why WeSpeak, a guide to foreign language knowledge and improvement, was created.
The valorisation and inclusion of diversity represent an opportunity for personal and collective enrichment. WeInclude, a training course promoted by Italgas D&I Ambassadors to promote inclusive behaviour and practices within the Group, was born on these assumptions.
WeDrive is the Academy’s course dedicated to safe and eco-sustainable driving. Through periodic meetings, both theoretical and practical, the corporate population will be made aware of the risks involved in using cars and the correct behaviour to adopt.
WeTrain is the in-house training course that involves employees as teachers to guide their colleagues towards acquiring skills in network and plant design, asset digitisation, Picarro inspections, site control, and emergency response.
WeGrow is a growth training plan based on self-empowerment. It will help people mature initiative, decision-making and incisiveness by developing strategic vision.
WeLead is the pathway for new managers to develop skills and tools for business and team management and development.
WeManageAProject is the course that aims at enhancing project management skills. It also represents an important opportunity for personal growth and development as it aims to develop technical, managerial, organisational and behavioural skills
