Every year we support a number of initiatives in order to introduce young people to employment and at the same time to help them understand our activities and our businesses. To do so, we have been collaborating for some time with the leading Italian universities, participating in initiatives dedicated to new and post graduates, developing scientific partnerships and promoting educational internships.

Collaboration with universities

Our consolidated collaboration with the academic world enables us to acquire best practices, develop training courses that meet our specific needs and benefit from opportunities and personalized services such as recruiting, training, database analysis and research.

The most interesting degrees for our group are
Engineering, Economics and Law.

We organise case studies and in-depth studies at Masters and Universities, including the Polytechnic of Milan, the Polytechnic of Turin, the LUISS in Rome and the Catholic University in Milan. New partnerships will be launched to make innovation within the group faster and increasingly efficient.

During the Career Days, students and graduates can talk with our managers about the study options and employment interests, providing ideas for our professional orientation.

Career days

Every year we attend a number of Career Days organized by the leading Italian universities.

Here are the first events of 2018, during which students and graduates will be able to meet Italgas:

Undergraduates and graduates can talk to the heads of some HR departments and to young managers to get to know Italgas better and to present their curriculum, receiving information on the open positions and how we recruit. Interested parties are invited to apply and send their CVs to the company via the website.
