Italgas: UNI ISO 37001 anti-corruption certification renewed for Group companies

 Milan, 23 November 2021 - Italgas has obtained the renewal of the UNI ISO 37001:2016 "Management systems for the prevention of corruption" certification for Italgas S.p.A. and the subsidiary Italgas Reti S.p.A. for a further three years, and has confirmed the maintenance of the same certification for a further 8 Group companies: Toscana Energia, Medea, Italgas Acqua, Gaxa, Seaside, Umbria Distribuzione and Metano Sant'Angelo Lodigiano. 

This system, adopted on a voluntary basis and certified in accordance with the internationally recognised standard, was verified by the independent certification organism DNV-GL Business Assurance Italia following a long and thorough audit process.
