A key element in defining our strategic vision is a transparent dialogue with all stakeholders. Their needs are listened to and placed at the centre of our materiality analysis, a process we carry out every year to define the Group’s strategic path.

Stakeholder engagement is based on discussion activities dedicated to each of them, which provide us with the opportunity to strengthen relationships and mutual trust.
Materiality matrix
The development of the materiality matrix allows us to identify the priorities of our internal and external stakeholders and to define the central themes of our strategy.

Our governance system is based on principles of integrity and accountability. Sustainability management is solid and effective thanks to the work of the Sustainability Committee and the Sustainability Department Sustainability which fit harmoniously into our Group governance.
